About

Elisa Martinelli founded ArtMoorHouse in London in 2010, with a simple conviction: that the spaces where people spend their days can be sites for meaningful cultural experience.

Over fifteen years, ArtMoorHouse has developed a distinctive curatorial practice rooted in close dialogue with architecture and the people who inhabit it.

Each project is developed through close collaboration with a network of artists, curators, designers and makers.

Each year, a single theme guides the programme unfolding across locations, practices and disciplines.

Previous themes include: IdEntity, Distraction, Imagination, Space, Colour and Other Vibrations, Time, The Grammar of Shapes.

Beyond exhibitions, ArtMoorHouse explores the relationship between creativity, space and human experience, working with institutions and organisations where this dialogue can unfold.

Elisa Martinelli lives and works between London and Switzerland.
